STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD CREATION MEDIA TOOL

Create Windows 10 installation media

To get started, you will first need to have a licence to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.

STEP 2 - INSERT PENDRIVE TO THE PC

Insert pendrive to the pc and restart , now press any key to boot

STEP 3 – REPLACE UTILMAN.EXE WITH CMD.EXE

now enter following commands

1 wmic logicaldisk get name :

to get the name of all partition and find where is the main drive like C where all most all installations file located 

to change drive use this command " C: "  for c you can you this

2 go to the 

C:\Windows\System32\

3 rename utiman.exe

ren utilman.exe utilman2.exe

4 copy cmd to utilman

copy cmd.exe utilman.exe

Alternative way to do 

At the command prompt type the following command:

copy c:windowssystem32utilman.exe c:

…and press Enter. You should see a “1 file(s) copied ” confirmation.

Now type this command and hit Enter:

copy c:windows\system32\cmd.exe c:windows\system32\utilman.exe

Answer with Y to the question about overwriting of the utilman.exe file. You should now see another file copy confirmation.

Reboot the computer normally into Windows.

To change the password of a user account in Windows 10, you can use the Command Prompt (cmd.exe) and the "net user" command. Here are the steps:

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator. You can do this by searching for "cmd" in the Start menu, right-clicking on "Command Prompt," and selecting "Run as administrator."

4. Type the following command and press Enter, replacing "username" with the actual name of the account: net user username *

5. You will be prompted to enter a new password for the account. Type the new password and press Enter. You will be asked to confirm the password by typing it again.

6. If the password change is successful, you will see a message that says "The command completed successfully."

That's it! The password for the user account should now be changed
